Product delivery time
For customers who choose cash on delivery, orders placed by 23:00 on the same day will be shipped the next day.
For customers who choose bank transfer or postal transfer, the product will be shipped after the payment has been confirmed.
However, if the order is placed on a closed day (Sunday or Monday), the product will be shipped on the next business day.

Returns and exchanges
Only unopened items can be returned. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of returns due to customer reasons, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For customers purchasing special discounted items or used items
Please note that we cannot accept returns even if the item is defective or missing.
Reservation items cannot be canceled.
If you order a product other than a reservation item (in-stock item) together with a reservation item, the item will be held until the reservation item arrives.
It will be shipped once all items are ready.
If you need in-stock items urgently, please place separate orders.
We do not accept cancellations of pre-ordered items.
As these are imported items, arrival may be delayed from the expected date.
If the arrival of a pre-ordered item is delayed, we will contact you by email.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled even if there is a delay in arrival.
If you do not understand the above conditions regarding pre-ordered items, please contact us by email before the order deadline.
About defective products (within 3 months of receiving the product)
If we determine that the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product or provide the missing parts.
(Please send us an image in advance to confirm the damage.)

A "defective item" is one that meets the following conditions.

What is the warranty period?
About handling of missing items and damage by manufacturers we handle
The end user has three months from the date of purchase to claim for missing items and damage.
(When purchasing, please be sure to present a document that can confirm the purchase date, such as a receipt or delivery note issued by the retailer. Also, please confirm that the importer is our company.)
Furthermore, regarding claims of missing items, customers who purchased from other companies must contact the store where they purchased the item. We cannot respond to inquiries directly from our company.
Returns (within 7 days of receiving the product)
Only unopened products (original packaging, product bag, etc.) and defective products (see above for defective products) will be accepted.
In the case of defective products, we cannot offer refunds due to the condition of "exchange for the same product or an equivalent product".
If the defective product is changed to another product at the customer's request, this will only be possible if the price of the changed product is higher than the price of the original product. In that case, we will charge you the difference in price.
Custom-made products cannot be returned except for defective products.
Other
We will cover the shipping costs when you send us the defective product.
If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.
The shipping fee for the initial delivery of the product from our company will also be borne by the customer.
